How long does a scan take?
Most scans are completed within minutes. Our AI bots need time to thoroughly scan multiple platforms across different geographic locations and verify matches. You'll receive an email notification as soon as your results are ready. Rush delivery is not available as thorough scanning requires time to ensure accuracy.
What information do I need to provide?
At minimum, we need:
- Full name (first and last)
- Age (or approximate age range)
- City/location (where they live or frequent)
- Your email (for results delivery)
Optional but recommended: Recent photos dramatically improve accuracy. The more information you provide, the better we can identify matches.
Do I need to upload photos?
Photos are optional but highly recommended. Our facial recognition works best with clear, recent photos. Without photos, we rely on name, age, and location matching, which can produce more false positives. If you have photos, providing 2-3 clear images of their face significantly improves scan accuracy.
What if they use a fake name on dating apps?
If you provide photos, our facial recognition can still identify them even if they're using a different name. However, without photos, we can only match based on the name you provide. This is why we strongly recommend including photos in your scan request.

We store your search data for 30 days to allow you to re-access your results and request re-scans if needed. After 30 days, all personal information is permanently deleted from our servers. You can request immediate deletion by emailing [email protected].

What if no dating profiles are found?
That's great news! It means either:
- They're faithful and not on dating apps
- They're using extreme privacy settings we couldn't penetrate
- They're on platforms we don't scan (unlikely)

What does a typical results report include?
If matches are found, your report includes:
- Platform names where profiles were detected
- Profile screenshots (when available)
- Last active timestamps showing recent activity
- Profile details - bio, photos, stated relationship status
- Location data - where they're appearing in searches
- Match confidence score (85-100% confidence for confirmed matches)
What if the results are wrong?
Our 99.2% accuracy rate means false positives are rare. If you believe results are incorrect:
