1. Introduction

Welcome to CheatScanX.

CheatScanX (cheatscanx.com, the "Platform") is operated by Aurelio Holdings LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company with its principal place of business at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA ("CheatScanX", "We", "Our", or "Us"). These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern your ("You", "Your", "User") access to and use of the Platform.

By accessing or using the Platform, You are entering into this Agreement with Aurelio Holdings LLC. Read it carefully before using the Platform. If You do not agree to be bound by any of these terms, You must not access or use the Platform.

Definitions: "Service" means the CheatScanX website and all related features and functionality. "User" or "you" means any individual using the Service. "Content" means any information, data, text, or other material available through the Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You will not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to privacy laws)

3. Service Description

CheatScanX checks whether a person has publicly visible profiles on Tinder, Hinge and Bumble. You enter the person's details, the Service searches publicly available profiles, and the results are shown in your online dashboard. Our Service:

• Provides reports based on publicly available information only
• Matches and verifies profiles on Tinder, Hinge and Bumble
• Delivers results to your online dashboard, normally within minutes of purchase

CheatScanX is not a consumer reporting agency. Reports may not be used to determine eligibility for credit, employment, tenancy, insurance, or any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

4. Payment and Pricing

One-Time Purchases Only

Every purchase is a single, one-time payment. There are no subscriptions, free trials, or recurring charges, and you will never be billed again unless you make a new purchase yourself.

• Price: The price is shown in USD on the website before you pay. Prices may change, but a change never affects a purchase you have already made.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. Where a payment provider acts as the authorized reseller or merchant of record for your purchase, its name is shown at checkout and its terms of sale also apply. We do not store your card details.
• Billing: You are charged once, at the time of purchase. The charge appears on your statement under a descriptor that references CheatScanX.
• Taxes: Applicable sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where required.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Request it by emailing our support team at [email protected]. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

If you don't recognize a charge or have a problem with your order, please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank. A refund through us is faster.

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when making a search request
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm others
• Not use the Service to violate anyone's privacy or legal rights
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service
• Not share your account access with others
• Take responsibility for how you use information obtained from the Service

IMPORTANT: You are solely responsible for how you use the information provided by our Service. Use it as one factor in making personal decisions, not the sole basis.

7. Privacy

8. Limitations of Service

While we strive for accuracy, you acknowledge that:

• Results depend on publicly available data and the information you provide
• We cannot guarantee that every active dating profile will be detected
• False positives or false negatives may occur
• Dating platforms may block or limit our search capabilities
• Results are not intended to be used as evidence in legal proceedings without independent verification

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and algorithms, are owned by Aurelio Holdings LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or transmit any material from the Service without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service
• We are not responsible for actions you take based on information obtained from the Service
• We are not liable for relationship breakdowns, emotional distress, or any personal consequences resulting from use of the Service

11. Dispute Resolution

Individual resolution. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms that we cannot resolve informally shall be resolved on an individual basis by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court.

No class actions. Any arbitration or proceeding is limited to the dispute between us and you individually, and may not be brought in a representative capacity.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for reasons including violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, providing false information, using the Service to harass or harm others, or attempting to interfere with the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Changes do not apply to purchases made before the change.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms stay in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Aurelio Holdings LLC regarding your use of CheatScanX.
