Our Accuracy Guarantee
We stand behind our scanning technology. If we miss an active dating profile that you later discover, we'll refund your purchase - no questions asked.
When You Qualify for a Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You find an active public dating profile that our scan failed to detect
- The profile was active at the time of your scan
- The profile is on a platform we claim to scan (Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, etc.)
How to Request a Refund
1. Email [email protected] with subject: "Missed Profile - Order #[YOUR ORDER NUMBER]"
2. Include:
- Your order number
- Screenshot of the profile we missed
- The platform where you found it
3. We'll review and respond within 48 hours
4. If approved, refund processed within 5-7 business days
What Doesn't Qualify
- Profiles created after your scan was completed
- Private or hidden profiles
- Profiles on platforms we don't scan
- Change of mind after receiving results
